By accessing and using Simple Ops ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Simple Ops provides website performance monitoring, uptime tracking, and alerting services. The Service includes performance metrics, web vitals monitoring, SSL certificate tracking, and multi-channel notifications.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free tier: 1 site, basic monitoring
Paid plans: Additional sites, monitors, and features as described on the Pricing page
Payments are processed through Stripe
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to monitor websites you do not own or have authorization to monitor
Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or copy the Service
Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process monitoring data as described therein.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Simple Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
